Without a valid Car MOT certificate, your vehicle may not be roadworthy, which means that your insurance and road tax becomes invalid. By law, after every 3 years all vehicles require a MOT certificate. This MOT certificate is only given once the vehicle has passed all the necessary checks to ensure that it’s safe to drive on the road.
